Smokey Tails (v)

Vudu Food (v)

Seving up mouthwatering slow-smoked and chargrilled meats, as well as vegan-friendly barbecue treats to feed the soul. Original pitmasters ‘Vudu Food’ will be joining The Long Road to cook up a storm of Cajun/Creole/Southern States soul food with a British twist.

MEATCURE

After nine years and over 200 festivals, MEATCURE has become a favourite amongst festival-goers. The Beef is grass-fed, dry-aged and we only use cuts that balance the flavours of beefiness and maturity. Their Philly cheesesteak uses braised brisket for added flavour and tenderness, and their artisan frankfurters are beech smoked for a fuller flavour.

FFS! Vegan Junk Food (v, vg)

Take a simple lean dough recipe with a 60 hour fermentation process, Mozzarella driven fresh from Campania twice a week, chorizo from a small farm in Andalusia, toms grown on the foothills of Mt.Vesuvius, parmesan that’s aged for over 30 months. Then cook with real wood fire to give a lightly chewy, lightly charred pizza. Bring to The Long Road Festival and… Serve.
