Escape the hustle & bustle of the festival and duck into Health & Happiness. Sink into deep relaxation with a massage from one of our skilled therapists in a private tent or be engaged in a group meditation, morning yoga or informative talk.
The Workshop programmes below include dynamic yoga, gentle restorative yoga, family mindfulness play, movement into dance and voice.
A surprise guest speaker will also discuss current and contemporary health and wellbeing topics too.

Holistic massage focuses on the individual as a whole, rather than on physical symptoms alone. It is a full body treatment (including head, face, hands and feet) that works to solve the root of the problem and not simply the manifesting symptoms. The aim is to restore wholeness, balance and health to the emotions, mind and spirit as well as the physical body.
Deep Tissue Massage/Sports Massage
Deep tissue massage uses a slow deep pressure that focuses on specific parts of the body to relax and release areas of tension. Through this, the deeper layers of muscle fibres are realigned, bringing balance to the body and allowing natural movement and function.
When you are pregnant your body is working harder than ever to nurture you and your unborn baby. Even the smoothest of pregnancies may come with backache, heartburn and so on. Pregnancy massage is the perfect antidote to ease the discomforts of the natural changes that happen throughout the journey of pregnancy. The physical and emotional well being of both the mother and the baby within are enhanced both during pregnancy and labour.
Acupressure massage is a deep and strong massage based upon manipulating and releasing pressure points, meridians and the lymphatic system to improve the flow of energy through the physical and subtle bodies, leaving you feeling vibrant, stress free and relaxed.
Thai massage is an ancient holistic therapy, described by some as ‘yoga for lazy people’, which promotes wellness and vitality, helping you to restore a greater sense of balance, flexibility and well-being. A unique combination of gentle stretching and palm and thumb pressure is used to activate the energy lines and release tension in the body and mind.
