Escape the hustle & bustle of the festival and become engaged in group meditation, morning yoga or foraging to make natural tea.

Please book in on the below at the Health and Happiness area when you arrive on site.

The Health and Happiness area will be running ongoing interactive workshops all day from inside the Stall holders spaces.  Please join us and browse to find what tickles your fancy. Also, the workshop morphs into an indoor cafe chill space in the afternoons.  We welcome all.

Saturday Schedule

9:00am – 09:50am Qi Gung

This is an opportunity to explore self-relationship through sensation, breath, visualisation, stillness and integrated movement: Inner qigong enables a deeper sense of awareness in attunement of how we feel in being still, or moving according to our needs in that moment.

10.15 – 11.15am Hatha yoga for all abilities

Slowing down and easing into some classic yoga poses with self awareness and integrity. This class will leave you feeling stronger and flexible and help iron out those aching camping muscles

11.30am – 12.30pm Yoga Flow 

A more dynamic class invloing sun salutations and warming flowing sequence to enliven your body for the sparkling day ahead.

1:00pm-2:00pm Family yoga – parents and babies to 6 yr olds

Yoga for children and families of all abilities. Leave your busy schedule behind to love, share and laugh together as a family. Using your bodies, voices, music, games and creativity you will learn massage, breathing techniques, yoga postures and relaxation which will connect your family.

2.30 – 3:30pm Forage, learn about wild plants and make wild tea bags

Put together your own plant based teas and learn how to make tinctures and tonics.

3:30 – 6:30pm Space open to all for relaxation

For rest and recuperation, either after a massage or craft,  or just with a cuppa and organic scrummy snack.

12:45-1:45pm – 12.30pm Partner massage for beginners

Bring along your friend, mother, child, lover, or grab a new friend. You will learn a series of clothed massage techniques and recieve massage in a mindful and light hearted way.

2 – 6:00pm Space open to all for relaxation

For rest and recuperation, either after a massage or craft,  or just with a cuppa and organic scrummy snack.
