Saturday &  Sunday Schedule

9:00am – 10:00am Hatha yoga for all abilties

Slowing down and easing into some classic yoga poses with self awareness and integrity. This class will leave you feeling stronger and flexible and help iron out those aching camping muscles

10.15 – 11.15am Yoga Flow

A more dynamic class invloing sun salutations and warming flowing sequence to enliven your body for the sparkling day ahead

11.30 – 12.30pm Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It’s a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and power yoga. In contemporary yoga parlance, vinyasa stands in opposition to hatha

1:00pm-2:00pm Family Yoga – babies to 6 yr olds

Yoga for children and families of all abilities. Leave your busy schedule behind to love, share and laugh together as a family. Using your bodies, voices, music, games and creativity you will learn massage, breathing techniques, yoga postures and relaxation which will connect your family.

2.30 – 3:00pm Forage

Learn about wild plants and make wild tea bags. Put together your own plant based teas and learn how to make tinctures and tonics.
