Camping ticket holders can bring a reasonable amount of food plus the following alcohol quantities for personal consumption into the campsite upon initial entry only:1 x 70cl spirits (no greater than 40% ABV) and 12 x 440ml cans beer/cider&nbsp;OR12 x 250ml cans pre-mixed spiritsOR3 litres of wine and 12 x 440ml cans beer/ciderNo food or drink can be taken into the main festival arena. However, we do allow sealed bottles of water up to 750ml, and empty unsealed bottles can be brought in to be refilled at the water points. No glass is allowed anywhere on site, including in campervans or caravans. Please decant into plastic containers before you leave home.The legal age to bring alcohol into the festival is 18+. There is an ID check on entry and any alcohol will be taken off you if you are found to be underage.A list of all our food vendors will be added here in the new year, including information on dietary provision. For customers with specific dietary requirements that we don’t cater for, we do allow a reasonable amount of food to be brought into the festival arena for personal consumption. Water points are available in all campsites. We allow sealed bottles of water up to 750ml to be brought into the festival arena and empty unsealed bottles can be brought in to be refilled at the water points.

Toilets are available throughout the festival.Showers will be available in the General Campsite but please be patient if there are queues. The mornings are the busiest times, so we advise campers to shower at off-peak times when it is quieter.

Please pack light. To maximise the safety of everyone attending The Long Road, all customers may be subject to a thorough security check when they arrive.Please be patient if there are queues and familiarise yourself with the below prohibited items before you arrive to avoid unnecessary delays at the security checks. We recommend you don’t bring any unnecessary valuables. Unfortunately, festival campsites can attract opportunistic thieves. Keep valuables safe and away from the door of your tent.&nbsp;

Bags

You are welcome to use cooking equipment such as charcoal bbqs and small butane gas stoves (single burner with gas cylinder up to 5kg) in all camping fields but they must be raised off the grass.To protect against the risk of fire and carbon monoxide poisoning, please use cooking equipment a safe distance from your tent or vehicle and never inside your tent.

Please note that we do not allow firepits in the campsites.&nbsp;We have managed communal fire pits in the arena where you can keep warm and enjoy the festival atmosphere.Cooking on barbecues and cooking stoves are permitted, but they must be raised off the ground and not left unattended.<ul><li>Only reusable charcoal BBQs and small gas camping stoves are permitted</li><li>Your stove must be specifically designed for camping and made by a reputable manufacturer</li><li>Camping stove fuel canisters must not exceed 5kg per canister</li><li>Your stove or barbeque must be raised off the ground</li><li>Everything (including biodegradable material such as food) must be removed when you leave</li><li>Liquid fuels (kerosene, petrol, diesel, etc.) are not permitted.</li><li>Petrol generators are strictly not permitted</li><li>Please use cooking equipment a safe distance from a tent or vehicle and never inside</li><li>Ensure there is no clutter, guy lines similar trip hazards around flames / cooking equipment</li><li>Make sure gas stoves and fuel are correctly connected, only used outside, and disconnected when not in use</li><li>Any charcoal BBQs must be safely extinguished or doused with water when finished with and must never be left unattended whilst still hot.</li></ul>
