The Long Road will be held at Stanford Hall, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 6DH.

The Long Road is easily accessible from the M1 and M6. Please switch off your sat nav and follow festival directional road signage as you approach the festival.

Car Parking

We have onsite parking available. You can buy tickets in advance on our ticket page or pay in cash when you arrive.

Follow the festival car park signs when you arrive. Car parks are approximately a 5-minute walk from the festival entrance.

Please note, you cannot park by your tent and you cannot stay in a vehicle in the car park overnight.

There will be a Pick Up and Drop Off Point located in the car park.

If you are arriving/departing by taxi, please ask your driver to follow the festival directional road signage for taxis. When you leave the festival and are looking for your taxi, please follow signage to the official taxi rank.

The nearest train station to The Long Road is Rugby Station. There are direct line trains with journey times under an hour from London Euston and Birmingham New Street.

From Friday to Monday the Festival Bus runs a return service from Rugby Station to the festival. Please see more information below.

The festival bus run a return service from Rugby Station to The Long Road Festival from Friday to Monday. The one-way journey time is approximately 20 mins and all buses are wheelchair accessible. Please pre-purchase tickets to guarantee your space and enable us to ensure the service meets demand.

Ticket options:

Friday/Monday

  • Return buses depart from Rugby Station at the advertised time on Friday and return from the festival at 8am, 10am and midday on Monday on a first come first served basis.

Friday

  • Return buses depart from Rugby Station at the advertised time on Friday and return from the festival at 10.30pm, 12.30am and 2.30am on a first come first served basis.
  • Single Tickets from the festival to Rugby run on Friday evening at 10.30pm, 12.30am and 2.30am

Saturday

  • Return buses depart from Rugby Station at the advertised time on Saturday and return from the festival at 8pm, 9.30pm, 11pm, 12.30am and 2.30am on a first come first served basis.
  • Single Tickets from the festival to Rugby Station depart at 8pm, 9.30pm, 11pm, 12.30am and 2.30am on a first come first served basis.

Sunday

  • Return buses depart from Rugby Station at the advertised time on Sunday and return from the festival at 8pm, 9.30pm, 11pm, 12.30am and 2am on a first come first served basis.
  • Single Tickets from the festival to Rugby Station depart at 8pm, 9.30pm, 11pm, 12.30am and 2am on a first come first served basis.

Our bus drivers will be able to take cash sales on the day. However, to ensure that you have a guaranteed seat on the bus, we advise you to buy your tickets online in advance so that we can adequately plan the service to meet demand at peak times. These are on sale here.

If you do arrive without a ticket or outside of the time that your ticket is valid for, our stewards will try to assist you but you may have to wait for a bus with space available.

We provide an area for cyclists to lock up their bikes at the entrance to the festival free of charge. Please note, these are left at your own risk.
