Want to be part of The Long Road community? Whether you’re looking to trade, volunteer, create something for the festival or find your way into the action, we’d love to hear from you.

The Long Road is more than a weekend of music. It’s a community of Country, Americana & Roots fans, artists, creatives, traders, volunteers and everyone in between – all coming together to make the festival what it is.

There are plenty of ways to get involved and play your part in something special.

Trading

Food & Drink Traders

We’re always looking to bring new flavours to The Long Road. From proper country cooking to something a little different, we want to offer our Long Roaders plenty of choice across the weekend.

We’re not just interested in what’s on the menu, either. We care about the look and feel of The Long Road, so we’re looking for traders who’ll bring a great-looking pitch and add to the festival atmosphere. Bonus points for local produce, sustainable practices and something that feels right at home on The Long Road.

Retail & Festival Traders

From cowboy boots and vintage finds to handmade goods, festival essentials and everything in between, we’re looking for traders who fit the spirit of The Long Road.

If your brand has a love of Country, Americana, Roots or the great outdoors, we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteering

Fancy a weekend on the festival field? Our volunteers are a big part of what makes The Long Road happen.

Whether you’re helping out across the festival site, meeting fellow Long Roaders or getting stuck into the action behind the scenes, it’s a great way to experience the festival from a different side.

Artists

Fancy your chance to take to the stage at The Long Road?

Our Homegrown Talent Contest gives emerging Country, Americana & Roots artists the chance to compete for the opportunity to perform at the festival.

Applications for the 2027 contest will open soon – keep an eye out for details.

Art, Installations & Festival Experiences

The Long Road is about more than just what happens on stage. We’re looking for creative ideas, installations and experiences that bring the festival to life and give our Long Roaders something to discover.

Got an idea that would feel at home at The Long Road? We’d love to hear it.
