The Long Road is a festival for the whole family – and at Lil’ Possum County, our youngest festival-goers take centre stage. A lively, welcoming space designed for kids and their grown-ups, it’s the heart of family fun all weekend long.
From high-energy daytime adventures to magical moments under the open sky, Lil’ Possum County is where creativity, play, and country spirit come together — the perfect place to make memories as a family.
Across the weekend, Lil’ Possum County will be bursting with creativity, movement and good old-fashioned festival fun. Expect a jam-packed programme for kids of all ages including activities such as:
Crafts & Tent Decorating

Kids Country Karaoke & Songwriting
Sports Tournaments
And that’s not all – across the festival site, families can also enjoy Cowboy Olympics, The Pooch Parade, and fun fair rides. More detailed programming will be announced soon.
