Whether you’re pitching up under the stars, rolling in with your home on wheels or kicking back in a little glamping comfort, there’s a spot for every kind of Long Roader.

General camping is nice and easy – your festival ticket includes your camping and entry, so there’s no extra booking needed. For Live-In Vehicles, Pitch & Park and Glamping, your accommodation and festival entry may need to be booked separately.

Check the requirements for your chosen accommodation below to make sure you have everything you need for your stay.

Live-Ins

1. Choose your pitch
Select your pitch size and whether you need power. One vehicle per pitch.

2. Book your entry tickets
Choose the number of festival entry tickets you need for everyone in your group.

3. Add any extras
Add-ons include VIP and Thursday Early Entry.

Live-in Vehicle Guidelines

Pitch & Park

1. Choose your plot
Book your Pitch & Park plot. One plot per vehicle. Your tent must fit completely within your marked plot.

2. Book your entry tickets
Choose the number of festival entry tickets you need for everyone in your group.

3. Add any extras
Add-ons include VIP and Thursday Early Entry.

Glamping

1. Book your Premium Camping ticket on our website
You must have a premium camping ticket to stay in our glamping fields

2. Choose your glamping option
Head to the Green Yurts website to browse the available glamping options and choose the one that suits you.

3. Book your glamping accommodation with Green Yurts
Want to arrive on Thursday? Check that your ticket includes Thursday Early Entry before completing your booking.

FAQs

Are my festival entry tickets included in my Live-In Vehicle pitch?

No. A Live-In Vehicle pitch does not include festival entry tickets.

You’ll need to purchase a Live-In Vehicle User Ticket for each person staying in your vehicle, as well as the correct pitch for your vehicle’s size.

Are my tickets to the festival included in my Pitch & Park pitch?

No. A Pitch & Park pitch does not include festival entry tickets.

You’ll need to purchase a Pitch & Park User Ticket for each person staying on your pitch, as well as one pitch per vehicle.

What is Pitch & Park?

Pitch & Park lets you book a plot, drive in and set up your tent next to your car.

You can’t sleep inside your car, but you can sleep in a roof tent attached to your vehicle.

What Is Thursday Early Camping Access?

Thursday Early Camping Access is an optional upgrade that allows you to arrive and camp from Thursday, ahead of the main festival weekend.

You can add it when purchasing your tickets, subject to availability.

Glamping & Pre-Pitched

Glamping and Pre-Pitched accommodation is located in a separate Glamping Campsite.

To book, you’ll need to purchase a Premium Camping ticket for each person staying in the accommodation from our ticket page, then book your accommodation separately through our glamping provider Green Yurts. Find more info here.

Can I get a pitch with power?

If you want to have an electrical hook-up, please purchase a Pitch with Power ticket from our ticket page. Please book in advance, as availability may be limited on the day. This is a temporary power supply rated to a maximum of 10 amps for Regular and Large pitches and 16 amps for Extra Large pitches. We recommend only having one ‘hot’ appliance operating at once (such as a kettle, microwave, toaster, or hairdryer). For example, you can’t have a microwave and hairdryer running at the same time. Lower power appliances (such as phone chargers, TVs, etc.) can be used simultaneously with one ‘hot’ appliance

What size pitch do I need?

Regular Live-In Vehicle Pitch (up to 6 metres) is suitable for live-in vehicles up to 6 metres in length. Max pitch size is 7 x 7m

Large Live-In Vehicle Pitch (6 to 10 metres) is suitable for live-in vehicles from 6 to 10 metres in length. Max pitch size is 7 x 10m

Extra Large Live-In Vehicle Pitch (over 10 metres) is suitable for live-in vehicles over 10 metres in length. Max pitch size is 10 x 13m
