The Three Chords: Respect, Roots, Heart

First Chord: Respect

Every person deserves to feel safe, valued, and free to enjoy the music. We treat each other with kindness, dignity, and care — always.

Second Chord: Roots

Music is built on diverse roots, and we recognise the many cultures and communities that have shaped it. At TLR, we honour those roots by celebrating diversity on and off the stage. No matter your race, gender, sexuality, heritage, faith, ability, age, or background — you are welcome here.

Third Chord: Heart

We’re proud of the community we’ve built and nurtured. At TLR, we look out for one another, ensuring that the spirit of togetherness extends to everyone who joins us.

Everyone has the right to enjoy our events

Discrimination, harassment, or anti-social behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. If you ever feel unsafe or targeted, our team is here to listen, support, and take action. Violations will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

Together, we’re creating a space where diverse audiences are not only welcomed but protected.
